TLECC is officially registered with the Ministry of Commerce and Industries under registration number 128752, which the main offices located in Shar-e-Naw Kabul and two branches are open in Mazar-e-Sharif and Takhar Provinces. Established in 2019 by Mr. Habibullah Samadi, TLECC specializes in delivering innovative engineering and construction solutions that contribute to Afghanistan’s growth and modernization.
